PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to any subscription, recurring purchase, pre-order, deferred purchase or other special purchase option that may be offered through houseofstanbury.com.
House of Stanbury is operated by Bust The Label FZ-LLC.
CANCELLATIONS
If a product is offered under a subscription, recurring purchase, pre-order or other purchase arrangement, the specific cancellation terms applicable to that purchase will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Where cancellation is available, you may request cancellation by contacting us at houseofstanbury@gmail.com.
Please include your name, order number and details of the purchase you wish to cancel.
If an order has already entered production, preparation or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.
For personalised, bespoke or customised products, cancellation requests should be made within 12 hours of placing the order, as production may begin shortly afterwards.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING PURCHASES
If House of Stanbury offers subscription or recurring purchase products, the frequency, price and billing terms will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Where applicable, you may cancel future recurring orders in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided with your subscription or by contacting us.
Cancellation of a subscription will normally prevent future charges but will not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, charged or dispatched, except where required by applicable law.
PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain House of Stanbury products may occasionally be offered for pre-order or made to order.
Estimated production, dispatch or delivery timeframes will be provided where appropriate.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order or made-to-order purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where production or preparation has already begun, cancellation may not be possible, particularly for personalised, bespoke or customised products.
REFUNDS
Where a purchase option is successfully cancelled before payment has been captured or an order processed, no further payment will be taken.
Where payment has already been taken and a refund is due, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Any refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Shipping Policy and applicable consumer law.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces any mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights available to you under the laws applicable in your country or jurisdiction.
