Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

House of Stanbury was born from Caroline’s love of discovering beautiful things.
After years of travelling the world, finding unique pieces, meeting artisans and collecting those special finds you simply don’t see everywhere, Caroline wanted to create a place where she could share her favourites with her community.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are shipped promptly, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Some House of Stanbury pieces are handmade, handwoven or made to order by skilled artisans, which means they may take a little longer to reach you. We believe the most special things are worth waiting for, and we truly appreciate your patience while your piece is carefully created and prepared for you.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your House of Stanbury purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days in their original, unused condition.
Please note that personalised or made-to-order personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Original shipping charges and return postage are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I exchange?
Yes. Eligible items can be exchanged within 14 days, subject to availability and the same conditions as our returns policy.
Personalised pieces cannot be exchanged.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. House of Stanbury ships worldwide.
Our community is truly global, and we love seeing House of Stanbury pieces travelling to wardrobes and homes around the world.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on the destination.
Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation or change and, where applicable, issue a full refund.
For personalised orders, cancellation requests must be received within 12 hours of placing your order, as production may begin shortly afterwards.
While we will always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once preparation or dispatch has begun.
